We have a few different ways to feature your job posting.
For great short term exposure, what we refer to as the Front Page Feature you can have your job, internship or company featured on the front page of the site and the new job page.
Other options include getting the Category Feature in our weekly email newsletter. The weekly email newsletter goes out to over 20,000 double opt in subscribers. You can view a copy of previous newsletters here:
For good long term exposure, we offer the Category Feature which will keep your job in the top of the search results.

A "Featured Category" upgrade will keep your posting high on the page. Normally your posting will fall down the page with every job added to the site. Upgrade and your posting will appear on the first page, highlighted, and sorted near the top of the page for maximum visibility.
