Are member applictions sent to the employers the same way non member applicitons are sent?
In short, member applications sent via the "apply online" button bypass our main filtration system. 

You will often see an email address similar to job-12345-ee@entertainmentcareers.net in a job posting.  Applications sent to these addresses go through a 23 step filtration process to week out SPAM, VIRI and anyone emails that abuse our system.  If you use your own email program to apply for a job, the resume will get filtered through this process then forwarded to the employer.
